1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by CC Restore & Repair ("we," "our," or "the Company"). By using our services, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
CC Restore & Repair offers a variety of computer repair and restoration services, including but not limited to:
USB reinstalls
Virus and malware removal
System diagnostics
Software troubleshooting
Operating system reinstallation
Data recovery assistance
General PC maintenance and upgrades
The scope of services will be agreed upon with the Customer before any work is performed.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate information regarding your computer, including its issues, software, and hardware specifications.
Backup of Data: We strongly recommend that you back up all data before submitting your device for repair. CC Restore & Repair is not responsible for any loss of data, files, or software during the repair process, unless explicitly stated in writing.
Access and Permissions: You grant CC Restore & Repair permission to access your device, including hardware, software, and system files, to perform necessary repairs and diagnostics.
4. Service Fees and Payment
Estimates: An estimate of services required will be provided after an initial diagnostic review. The estimate is subject to change if the scope of work changes during the repair process.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include Card, PayPal, Ziiltch, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided once the services have been completed. In cases where the service cannot be performed as agreed, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
5. Repair Process and Timelines
Completion Time: While we aim to complete repairs in a timely manner, estimated completion times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen issues with hardware, software, or other circumstances.
No Warranty on Third-Party Software: If third-party software is involved in the repair process (e.g., operating systems, applications), we do not offer warranties on the software itself or its functionality beyond installation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Damage During Repair: CC Restore & Repair is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, data loss, or failure of hardware or software components that may be discovered during the repair process.
No Liability for Data Loss: While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data during repairs, we are not liable for any loss or corruption of data, files, or software.
No Guarantee of Repair Success: Some repairs may not be possible, or repairs may not fully resolve the problem. In such cases, you will be informed before proceeding with any additional work.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. We will not share any information about your device or personal data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
